Bugger, Bugger, Bugger!

Shit wish I researched that first just got myself a bowl of muesli only 1/2 cup. Added water and just 1/4 cup of soy milk and 1 teaspoon of rice malt syrup which is like a honey substitute which is good for vegans. Added it all up 500 calories!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WTF half my daily intake in one meal fuck fuck fuck. I thought muesli would be a lower calorie breakfast. So so so wrong.
