Nail polish and buttons!

Trying to do buttons up with only semi dried nails is just FAIL lol. Well what can I say my fat self tried to take over today but thankfully Ana told her to shut up! I was tempted to take a bus instead of walking but I didn't even though I desperately needed to pee! I had to go pick mums car up from the shop today I was feeling light headed and dizzy so I made myself have a 91 cal protein shake. I am a bad driver when I am at my best so I definitely needed some fuel for concentration. Have not really felt hungry today which is great. At least I am starting to recognize boredom from hunger. Calorie total today is 177 ten more than yesterday. Tomorrow is haircut day woot can not wait. I brought some fake nails today as I decided to go on a date tomorrow and wanted to look half way decent with my new hair, nails done and makeup. Not because I wish to impress this guy frankly I am not that interested he is hot and all, but I find it even harder to trust men who like fat chicks.  I am b

Morning sunshine

What a great way to start the day! I weighed in again when I woke up dropped 1.7kgs yay. I have lost 3.8 kgs (8 pounds) in 5 days. Wonder if I will hit the two week plateau next week gosh. I hope not really anxious to get back under the 100kg mark asap. Well it's good to know all the hard work yesterday payed off. My celebratory cigarette last night was disappointing, so do not know if I will be in a hurry to have another one any time soon so that is good. Today I will spend my kid free day cleaning and making my long list of phonecalls and try and get an hour brisk walk in this afternoon. Until then stay strong JB

OMG I am so proud of myself I moved heavy boxes and furniture today for 5 hours do not know how many calories were burned but judging by how sore my body is it should have at least helped. Only consumed 167 cals today. Today could not have gone better if I had tried. So looking forward to my celebratory 3rd day cigarette later. I am wondering on whether I will be able to lift my arms tomorrow hahaha. Clearly I am a lost cause I noticed in my earlier posts I am signing off with initials JM instead of JB no idea why lol. So now I got to settle my son to bed and have my cigerette and sleeeeeeeeeeeeep! Stay strong! JB

Awesome!!!

Feeling fucking great today and on day 3 of fast unreal! Usually day 3 is my hardest day. Woke up early so did another salt water flush, feel lighter already. Getting so excited about my new hairstyle only 2 sleeps to go. My stomach started growling today :) love that feeling it tickles. Won't be getting any exercise in today but will be moving a lot of heavy boxes around so that should count for something. Forgot to mention my calorie count was 342 yesterday, I was freaking out because it was over 350 at one stage then I realized I doubled up on an item so phewwwwwww. My aim is to keep under 350 calories a day today should only be 300!!!!. Weighed again this morning another pound down. So current weightloss is 2.5 kgs or 6 pounds in 4 days. I know I should be super happy with the loss but in all honesty I am not I wanted to drop more. But I guess thats the nature of the beast, it would not matter if I dropped 10kg a day I still would not be happy with the result. Well off to ta

OK so once I got over my morning cranky pants today went alright. I did more research after I decided I really wanted a hot chocolate but instead of cocoa I use carob, which contains minerals (inc trace minerals), Some B vitamins (riboflavin, thiamin and niacin), and pectin (good natural colon cleanser). Which I'll add a dash of my homemade organic almond milk which is a good source of calcium, vitamin E, folic acid, magnesium and phosperous. I decided that I needed something a lil more filling than a teaspoon of vegeta in hot water for dinner so I made a delicious broccoli soup which contained 1 cup of broccoli steamed, 1 tablespoon of tofutti cream cheese, 1 teaspoon iodised sea salt and 1 cup of water it was only 85 calories but I think I will halve it tomorrow except the water the lower the cals the better. Also going to make my own vege broth to get away from the vegeta will let you know if its any good (hopefully it is because it works out at 23 cals per cup). I had fun bakin

Woke up this morning feeling awful. I want yesterday back I felt so fucking good. I know that once I get past the day 3 mark I will feel energetic and awesome, just getting there is hard. I hate this phase where all I can think about is food. On the plus side I made myself my first batch of almond milk (yummy : p) so hopefully the protein hit in my coffee will boost my morale soon.I have to much to do to feel weak and all I wanna do is curl up in bed. OMG what a fucking winer I am lol. OK last whine for the day my neighbors are fucking dirty slobs and still have their washing on the line, four days in a row now and it is preventing me from doing as much washing as I would like. Anyways hopefully I will be cheerier by next post. Keep starving JM P.S. Only 400gms weightloss poo!!!!!!

Fasting Begins

Well I am a happy camper I have lost  2.1 kgs (4 pounds) since the other day and I didn't really do much. I am hoping to see  some decent numbers fall on the scales over the next few days from my liquid fast. I am going to do the 4.3.2.1 herbal detox, tastes like shit but I got good results last time. I had forgotten how putrid it is trying to get the salt water down quick and how full and sick it makes you feel but it will be worth it. Well I expect to feel pretty average soon so I doubt I will be back on later. So until next time Starve on thin ones JM

New Begginings

OK time for action! Turns out one does not lose weight and achieve ones ideal body by consuming 1000's of empty calories whilst sitting on their gigantic asses, I know shocking right. So here I am calling out to Ana to help me again and I am so deeply sorry for abandoning her and going back to hugeness. Now to humble myself and expose myself for all to see (not literally), time to offer up my measurements and hopefully by doing so will not fall back into my old fat ways. Now when I say fat I mean huge, massive, extra extra large and well you get my point. Well I use the metric system but I try to not be lazy and do the conversions for you. OK so I am in the obese category my BMI is 37.7. I am quite tall at 173 cms or 5 foot 9 inches. Now for the scary number my current weight is (instrumental music plays foreboding tune in background) 112.9 kgs or 248.9 pounds EEEEEK   I actually feel sick now. Ok other measurements are Bust = 121 cms (47.6 inches). Waist = 111 cms (43.7 inches). H
