Awesome!!!

Feeling fucking great today and on day 3 of fast unreal! Usually day 3 is my hardest day. Woke up early so did another salt water flush, feel lighter already. Getting so excited about my new hairstyle only 2 sleeps to go. My stomach started growling today :) love that feeling it tickles. Won't be getting any exercise in today but will be moving a lot of heavy boxes around so that should count for something.
Forgot to mention my calorie count was 342 yesterday, I was freaking out because it was over 350 at one stage then I realized I doubled up on an item so phewwwwwww. My aim is to keep under 350 calories a day today should only be 300!!!!.
Weighed again this morning another pound down. So current weightloss is 2.5 kgs or 6 pounds in 4 days. I know I should be super happy with the loss but in all honesty I am not I wanted to drop more. But I guess thats the nature of the beast, it would not matter if I dropped 10kg a day I still would not be happy with the result.
Well off to take on the day and kick its butt. I so love this giddy, starving high feeling SO GOOD!!!!

A heap of friends have wished me a happy birthday and told me to have a great day. Well I won't there is food involved and my weight is not where I wanted it to be. But I plaster the fake smile on my face and say "awwwww thankyou". I am so depressed about today I am 29 and still horrendously fat, who would want to celebrate that? She is waking up from deep within my bones. She has slumbered only to wake and growl and grumble at meal times. Quieter and less frequently in the beginning. Now louder and the time between not so far apart.  Recovery is hard and I'm not sure if I'm strong enough. I'm not sure if I want it enough. I'm a few kgs up and I can't stand it! God I hate myself. Weak, useless failure.

Hi Lovelies, So either I miscalculated the calories from the other night or I am already plateauing. I jumped on the scales at the gym this morning and was the same as 2 days ago gah. I did have a cup of coffee before I went but surely that would not do too much. Yesterday's intake was crappy, 563. I am trying to stay around the 350 mark. Plus I did not exercise at all yesterday so that intake is not excusable. Managed to burn off 250 so far today with an intake under 100 cals so far. Going to take dog on a good hour long walk later so I am hoping for a larger deficit then I managed last week. Really need to get some eggs and tomatoes today I am enjoying my 2 egg whites scrambled with half a tomato on the side breakfast (57cals). Yesterday I felt like toast so I chopped a lite cruskit into 4 triangles instead (22cals). Also had my coffee (13cals) followed by 2 chocolate covered mini rice cakes (37cals).
