Hi Lovelies,

I'm fucking depressed today. I gained 1.5kgs in 2 days. I cannot figure out how. The calorie intake doesn't make sense for me to have gained. Tuesday I ate around 1200-1300 calories and burnt nearly 900 at the gym. Yesterday I ate under 800 calories but didn't go to the gym so where did the weight come from. Sorry got nothing else to add today.

  1. Its probably muscle weight, water retention, etc. I wouldn't stress it. Just keep drinking water to flush out your system and in a few days your weight should be back to normal

  2. It could be anything; undigested food, holding on to extra water, changes in BM patterns... and sometimes the scales go up for no reason at all. Give it a few days for things to settle. I know it doesn't make today any better, but I hope the rest of the week improves for you <3
